Welcome to our new Giant Oaks Farm and Orchard Online Cookbook including recipes by Erica Kay and Wayne Bishop.

These recipes are used everyday on our farm and served to our Bed and Breakfast guests. All meats, produce, fruits, eggs, and herbs are produced on our farm or by other local producers. Everything we grow and raise is done with organic and sustainable practices. We are currently seeking Organic Certification by the USDA and Giant Oaks is a Registered USDA Farm.
